RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, exchange, or replacement of a defective item.
All returns must be initiated within thirty (30) Days of purchase date. return policy allowing a buyer to return an item purchased for any reason. All return items must be in original condition, and must include all original accessories.
Return Policy Guidelines:
- If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us using our web site’s customer service request form or email, and we will work with you to resolve your problem.
- Upon approval of return request, a prepaid return label will be issued for all items covered under our FREE returns policy.
- Please DO NOT return item without first contacting us, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return address information may be necessary
- Return package must include all original parts and/or accessories. Buyer will be responsible for the cost of missing or damage items. If damage to items is extensive, you will not be eligible for a refund.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) business days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
The following item cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Damaged items – Any item which has been broken or damaged in anyway during use by the user.
